Trade Refuse Charges Under Shop & Establishment Act

"Trade Refuse Charges " referes to charges for removal of waste generated because of the trade practised. This charge is three times the Licences Fees of an Establishment. Though trade refuse charges are huge as compared the Licences Fees, establishment are compelled to pay the amount every year half heartedly. It is also difficult to justify the levy on every estblishments with diffrent nature of business.
